Johnny Rabb is a drummer, author, and inventor who held the title of World's Fastest Drummer and is currently the drummer for platinum-selling rock band Collective Soul.
Johnny Rabb is a professional drummer, author, inventor, and instructor from Fairfax, Virginia, who made history as the first person to break 1,000 single strokes in 60 seconds on the drum set, achieving 1,071 strokes and earning the title 'World's Fastest Hands' recognized by Guinness World Records. A Product Specialist for Roland V-DRUMS, Rabb has designed signature cymbals with MEINL and a signature stick with Pro-Mark. He has performed with artists including Maynard Ferguson, Hank Williams III, and Tanya Tucker, and is one half of the electronic music duo BioDiesel. Since 2012, Rabb has been the drummer for platinum-selling rock band Collective Soul, with whom he continues to tour extensively. The band released the double album 'Here to Eternity' in 2024. Rabb is also the author of instructional books including 'Jungle/Drum 'n' Bass for the Acoustic Drumset' and 'The Official Freehand Technique Book.' He regularly conducts clinics and masterclasses worldwide.
